How to return a
new and unused book or accessory.
New Unused Item Return Policy:
- Books and accessories purchased
directly from The Conservatory Publishing Co. may be returned for a full
refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Call us at 800-760-2880 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) and a mailing address to return the package to.
- Write your reason for returning the items and the RMA number on the
invoice you received with your order.
- Mail the package to the address provided within 15 days. (RMA's which
are not received within 15 business days of issue are void.)

Policy.
If after trying The Conservatory Piano Course,
you are not completely satisfied with the results, we will refund the
purchase price of the Teaching Manual and any books your students wish
to return. The Teaching Manual is yours to keep free of charge.
DETAILS
- This guarantee assumes you
will be no longer using The Conservatory Course at your studio.
- There is no return deadline.
- We will accept books purchased directly from us or from any store or
supplier.
- Any store or supplier which sells our curriculum is not responsible
for this guarantee. It is being offered only directly from The
Conservatory.
- Call us at 800-760-2880 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Number)
and a mailing address to return the package to. Please provide us with
some feedback as to why you are returning the course. Your feedback will
help us further improve the course.
- If your students purchased their books individually, we will provide
you with a written RMA form to give to your parents for them to send
along with the books. We will send the refund directly back to them.
- If you wish you can return all the books together and we will issue
the refund directly to you.
